Inspired by the Japanese concept of ikigai, this session will help you define or redefine your purpose in your work. First, you'll work through the four primary spheres of interest. Then, analyze overlaps for connections or themes. By the end, you will combine what you have identified to find your ikigai, which will become your personal North Star to guide future career decisions.
